Political Marketing – Proven ability as agrarian reform secretary (cabinet member) to recognize and capitalize on agrarian reform as market trend, and assume bottom-line responsibility for strategic planning. Broad knowledge of marketing disciplines in persuading Filipino landlords to accept agrarian reform, including research, promotional planning, event planning, and advertising.
